04 Mechanism

How it works

Trading funds building. A token opens a market; fees from that market route to a builder.

  1. 01

    Token

Someone launches a token tied to a project or a builder. Name, ticker, and path (BUILD or FUND) are set up front. The wallet that co-signs the create transaction is the on-chain creator.

  2. 02

    Market

The token trades on an open market. Price discovery is public. Buyers and sellers set the pace — GIXET does not pick winners.

  3. 03

    Trading

Volume generates creator fees on each trade. Fee rates are disclosed at launch. No hidden cuts after the fact.

  4. 04

    Creator fees

A stated share of those fees is earmarked for the builder. The rest stays with the market mechanics. You can see the split before you trade.

  5. 05

    @Builder

Fees route to the named builder — either the launcher (BUILD) or the person being funded (FUND). Capital follows work, not pitch decks.

Paths Pick one
01 · BUILD

You are the builder

Launch a market around what you are shipping. Trading volume pays creator fees back into your work. You disclose the fee split; traders decide if the project is worth the market.

02 · FUND

You found the builder

Launch a market around someone already building. Fees route to them. You put skin in the game by opening the market; they keep shipping.

FAQ Straight answers
Do I need a wallet to launch?

Yes. Connect Phantom or Solflare, fill the form, set an initial buy (min 0.001 SOL), and approve the create + buy transaction. The mint is created on Solana through Pump.fun; your wallet co-signs and pays. Metadata is hosted by GIXET. No GIXET server keys.

Where do creator fees go?

A disclosed share goes to the builder named at launch (you on BUILD, the funded builder on FUND). The rest follows the market's fee schedule. Check the split before you trade.

Is GIXET a fund or an exchange?

Neither. GIXET is a surface for launching markets that route fees to builders. Trading happens on public markets; we do not custody your funds.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Memecoins and project tokens are volatile. You can lose everything you put in. This is not financial advice. Only use money you can afford to lose.

Risk note — crypto and memecoin markets are high risk. Not financial advice. DYOR.
